At BERNAMINS HEALTHCARE SERVICES LLC, our nursing care services deliver licensed, in-home medical support for individuals who need ongoing health monitoring or assistance with medical needs. Our nurses work within the individual’s existing care plan, coordinating with physicians, families, and other providers as needed. Care is delivered based on the individual’s condition, with attention to safety, consistency, and maintaining as much independence as possible.
